Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Handles instruments, supplies and equipment properly.

• Performs activities that foster a culture of safety within the department and organization.

• Identifies safety/risk reduction strategies and communicates these to department director.

• Orders supplies.

• Cleans all anesthesia machines.

• Stocks all anesthesia carts.

• Maintains supplies in Malignant Hyperthermia carts

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED.

• Optional: Certification as an Operating Room Surgical Technician

• Prior experience working in an Operating Room setting within an acute care hospital preferred but we will be willing to train.

Salary Range

USD $27.08 - USD $30.49 /Yr.
