The Andare Kitchen & Bar Assistant Restaurant Manager is an entry level management position and will be responsible in assisting with the day-to-day management of the restaurant. The Andare Assistant Restaurant Manager is integral part of the hotel's overall Food and Beverage team. Responsibilities may include:
Supporting and managing Andare while working closely with the Andare Restaurant leaders as well as the Director and Assistant Director of Operations and other hotel departments.
Responsible for the short and long term planning of the restaurant
Ensure effective hiring, training, development and promotion of team
Lead and coach team towards achieving exceptional guest services and colleague satisfaction results
Full understanding of Colleague engagement
Responsible for maintaining a high energy, positive, professional appearance
Plan, coordinate & manage special events and holiday functions
Ability to take the initiative to run the outlets as a free standing entity
The salary range for this position is $67,725 to $79,400. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, including experience, qualifications, and education.
