Analytics Program Manager Responsibilities
Apply quantitative skills to see beyond the numbers and incorporate qualitative insights to inform and influence strategy for Global Operations
Partner with Operations, Data Science, Data Engineering, Product and Engineering teams to solve problems and identify trends and opportunities
Analyze data, conduct research and synthesize feedback into plans, processes and playbooks
Ensure broad adoption and alignment of the team's initiatives through strong cross functional collaboration and understanding of the organization's strategic data infra and analysis needs
Drive business and technical requirements gathering for Data Infrastructure-related solutions, facilitating solution development with technical audiences, ensuring business requirements are successfully incorporated into build
B.A. or B.S. degree with a quantitative focus in Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, or equivalent training
2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Understanding and exposure to statistical analysis and data infrastructure development concepts and challenges
Experience explaining technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to varied audiences and experience translating business objectives into actionable analyses
Advanced degree with a quantitative focus (Economics, Computer Science, Operations Research, Math, Statistics)
Experience thinking strategically, structurally solving product problems, and driving execution
Experience with distributed computing (Hive/Hadoop)
Experience developing data pipelines via SQL and Python-based ETL framework
Experience releasing code into production
Experience writing testable code
