Jellyfish work for a wide range of exciting clients across the globe. You will be exposed to all types of analytics & optimization work as well as products, from the technical nuts and bolts of analytics platform implementations such as Google Analytics, to user behavior analysis, identification of data trends and leveraging insights for web and app experimentation and personalization campaigns . Training will also be provided in other disciplines such as SEO, Paid Media to help ensure you become a well-rounded digital marketing guru!

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement custom Analytics and Tag Management Solutions.
  • Perform Qualitative and Quantitative data discovery in order to develop behavioural insights using a multitude of web analytics, rich tracking and live user feedback technologies - and feed back into client growth streams
  • Support client accounts, assisting more senior team members with specific tasks and work streams including analytics implementation, Experimentation and personalization campaigns , visualisation, insights & reporting, QA and technical support tickets, primarily for GA and Optimize 360.
  • Consistently develop new skills in alignment with skills defined by the Capability Lead (e.g. learning Javascript, mastering Google Optimize, etc.)

Requirements

What youll need

  • Experience using either Google Analytics, Google Optimize or Adobe Analytics, with a level of understanding around the administrative console and common code requirements and configuration
  • Experience using a TMS like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch, to be able to deal with basic requests, e.g. adding pixels such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Floodlights, etc
  • Be able to test and validate analytics code through debugging and problem solving skills
  • Ability to create clear and insightful reports using data from Google Analytics, Google Optimize and other data sources using data visualisation tools such as Data Studio
  • Strong analytical and visual thinking skills, with the ability to analyse data, detect structural and marketing improvements on web pages, draw conclusions, prioritize findings based on a range of metrics and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to clearly communicate processes, strategies and general requirements to both internal and external stakeholders
  • A healthy curiosity to explore new concepts proactively and appetite to learn new skills/tools

Advantageous:

  • Experience with Google Cloud Platform and BigQuery, ability to write SQL queries
  • Experience with audience based marketing, A/B Experimentation and Personalization campaigns and Conversion rate Optimization and UX strategies
  • Knowledge in (or willingness to learn) how to run A/B split, multi-page, funnel and multivariate (MVT) testing to improve customer experience and increase site conversion
  • Nice to have experience with the following: Adobe Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Segment, Data Studio, Tableau, Looker, Adobe Target, Evergage, Dynamic Yield, Monetate, Qubit, Optimizely

Role We are looking for an experienced Web Engagement Optimization Analyst to join our web marketing team! The analyst will understand, report on, analyze and continuously optimize the user journey on the website with the goal of speeding and increasing lead generation. Qualified candidates will have prior experience deriving insights from data and making recommendations to increase engagement and conversion to drive the sales pipeline. A Web Analyst's core duties are working with data reporting, analyzing A/B testing campaigns, exploring new opportunities, being aware of website visitor behavior and experiences and providing reporting for use by the entire marketing organization. Your responsibilities will include the following: * Analyze behavioral web analytics data to deliver insights, identify gaps in tracking, and make recommendations for optimizations * Create the website performance dashboards for reporting to Web, UX and Digital Leadership teams * Report web & landing page performance * Develop self-service automated reports to address common analytic asks. Build these reports such that the digital leadership team can review on a weekly basis * Partner with Lead Gen Optimization Analyst to determine impact on experimentation / tests (e.g. landing page, trial form update impact) * Conduct journey mapping and understand how to assist with SEO analysis * Isolate and address issues with tagging or lead capture and drive conclusions * Address questions from stakeholders like Web Programs to understand what pages are performing or not performing well, Web User Experience to refine and optimize user journeys and reach website lead-gen goals, the marketing or larger Splunk org to drive strategic decisions * Use various web analytics strategies and tools, including user and page level analytics, account based measurements (ABM), click tracking, heat maps, lead and conversion tracking, path analysis. * Drive analysis of impact after new updates across content or features are released across the website * Take full ownership of analytics setup and integration with other platforms, and spearhead initiatives such as multi-touch attribution * Provide general troubleshooting assistance for web analytics reporting and bug fixes. Requirements: * Minimum 5 years of experience in digital analytics measurement and operations with a track record of measurable results * Experience in a B2B enterprise technology organization * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience; background in statistics, operations research or data science * Solid understanding of digital and web marketing and can manage and report on marketing campaign tracking, including sources across multiple channels like web, social, email, live events, webinars, and online communities * Detailed understanding of direct response digital media and metrics, budgeting, multi-touch attribution, marketing/media mix modeling, and optimization techniques. * Paid media analytics experience in a B2B technology environment * Expertise in marketing and advertising technology platforms including web analytics, tag management solutions, ad servers, DSPs, DMPs, bid management, * Advanced SQL capabilities * Experience using tools including Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Big Query, Optimize.
