Consumer Insights, Measurement, & Analytics (CIMA) is a team within Walt Disney Parks & Resorts (WDP&R) Global Marketing & Sales that is focused on inspiring consumer-centric, data-driven, high return decision making that leverages insights and data at the core of every business decision. This role within CIMA will support efforts to influence and inform Marketing strategy development and enterprise-wide executive-level decision-making by measuring, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting a broad spectrum of data, including media effectiveness, sales results, theme park attendance, resort room nights, primary and secondary research findings, and other key business driver metrics. The focus of this role will be major Disneyland Resort business initiatives, marketing programs, ad campaigns, and related efforts.

CIMA influences decision making with integrated, objective, and actionable insights. Within CIMA, the Marketing Analytics & Insights (MAI) team provides objective assessments of DPEP marketing to inform strategy, understand performance, optimize investment, and maximize business impact. This role within CIMA will support efforts to influence and inform Marketing and Media strategy development and enterprise-wide executive-level decision-making by measuring, analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting a broad spectrum of data, including media effectiveness, sales results, theme park attendance, resort room nights, primary and secondary research findings, and other key business driver metrics. The focus of this role will be major Disneyland Resort business initiatives, marketing programs, ad campaigns, and related efforts. This role will also coordinate efforts to influence Marketing and Media spend to generate the highest Return on Investment. The person must be comfortable working with partners, conducting analyses, preparing reports, and communicating insights as they will act as a key advocate for the benefits data and analytics can drive throughout the organization. This position reports to the Director, Marketing Analytics & Insights and will be based in Anaheim, CA. Responsibilities: The Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics & Insight's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Lead a team to provide analytic efforts to assess Marketing initiatives and develop better understanding of marketing effectiveness * Evaluate marketing campaign performance, researching industry trends, proactively identifying and solving opportunities for value-added analysis, develop points of view to drive results, and frame recommendations for leadership * Work closely with partners that build media mix models, drive scenario planning leveraging MROI insights, track key indicators of marketing, media, and business performance, and frame recommendations for leadership * Provide insights to various teams including Marketing Strategy, Media, Creative, and Commercial regarding media effectiveness, creative insights, and marketing effectiveness overall * Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. * Have a mix of marketing and analytics experience * Demonstrated ability with having connected the dots between desired marketing campaign / business outcomes and actual results to make actionable recommendations to improve performance * Ability to partner with a spectrum of teams from across the WDP&R organization to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are appropriately considered * Have
