The Credit Bureau Operations Analytics and Automation Business Operations Manager is responsible for leading the domestic Analytics and Automation Team. This dynamic position will define and implement the automation strategy for Credit Bureau Operations, ensure analysis and automated solutions meet stakeholder needs and transform the data and toolset infrastructure used by the team.

As Analytics and Automation Business Operations Manager, you will (at a minimum):

  • Define Analytics and Automation strategies and implement tactical plans to accomplish

  • Provide day to day direction and coaching to the reporting team members

  • Continually explore better tools and methods of completing work, define and implement

  • Work closely with key management stakeholders across Credit Bureau and Regulatory Operations to ensure the team is meeting ongoing needs

  • Coach the team to become a more mature and efficient Agile team

Qualifications:

  • Process Automation Experience: 3-5 years managing a team focused on process automation with a clear progression managing increased scope and complexity. Preferably in an Agile work environment

  • Analytical Rigor: Ideal candidate will be an analytical thinker with superior data analysis skills and ability to project outcomes

  • Critical Thinker: Must be able to quickly and objectively analyze and evaluate issues and form decisions

  • Communication: Ideal candidate will be able to synthesize data into actionable insights and effectively communicate to all levels of management

  • Report Development: 2-3 years of experience with Cognos and Tableau Business Intelligence tools

  • Attention to Detail: An acute attention to detail is required, specifically ensuring capacity plans and status reporting are accurate

  • Intellectually Curious Self Starter: Must be able to operate in a self-directed manner; must have a strong desire to take the initiative to deliver superior results with urgency

Coordinate with Health Plan departments to meet data analysis and database development needs. Review, evaluate, and improve company business logic and data sources Review regulatory reporting requirements and Health Plan project documentation. Maintain reporting service level benchmarks for Healthcare Analytics Team. Represent Healthcare Analytics department in cross-departmental and operational meetings. Serve as liaison between Corporate IT and Health Plan regarding reporting needs. Create reporting for strategic analysis, profitability, financial analysis, utilization patterns and medical management. Interface and maintain positive interactions with Health Plan and Corporate personnel. Manage Health Plan Encounter workflow process. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Master's Degree or foreign degree equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering(any), or related field of study and 4 years of experience as a Computer Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related occupation. Experience with database/IT systems architecture and querying methods relevant to healthcare; Experience with Healthcare Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) computer programming processes, standards, and methods and interpret medical/ pharmacy utilization data/trends in a managed care setting and provide actionable insights toward improving health outcomes and achieving business objectives; Experience with policy, methodology and standards for healthcare specific to the State of Ohio's Medicaid and MyCare Dual Eligible managed care programs, related contract language and related requirements/ directives from CMS.
