Position overview

Our trainee program offers you the opportunity to get to know allnex while receiving on-the-job training, work on exciting projects, and gain experience abroad to prepare you to take on a position in one of our product technology centers after completing the program.


  • You will gain a comprehensive insight and acquire skills in each of our coating resins technologies within a 18-month trainee program

  • You will work independently on projects, supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues from the technical departments

  • You will spend several months at various technology centers and manufacturing plants, some of them abroad (Germany)

  • You will be assigned with relevant development activities and get to know the chemistries of our various coating resin technologies (Crosslinker Resins, Liquid Coating Resins, Powder Coating Resins, Radiation Curing Resins)

  • After completing the program, you will be perfectly prepared to take up an exciting expert or leadership position at one of our technology centers as a first role


  • Doctorate degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or a similar field of study

  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English. German language skills is a plus

  • A real team player with very good communication skills

  • An entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on mentality

We are looking for an Analytical Laboratory Technician with experience in dietary supplements to join our team and be a contributing part of our tremendous growth! Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Analyze finished products and raw materials by utilizing a variety of analytical instrumentation, such as the HPLC and FT-NIR. * Performs colorimetric titrations to assay raw materials. * Maintain documentation of chemical inventory, manufacturers and expiration dates. * Participate in the peer review of analytical notebooks and data entry. * Prepare reagents, standard and sample solutions. * Assist with sample preparation for HPLC runs. * Maintain calibration and verification logs for balances and the pH meter. * Wash laboratory glassware. * Stage finished product samples for testing. * Assists in outsourcing analytical testing. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * 1-3 years of professional experience in a lab. * Basic lab skills such as accurate weighing, mixing and dilution of materials by utilizing laboratory balances and glassware. * Conceptual knowledge of a variety of analytical techniques, including titration, HPLC, TLC (or HPTLC) and FT-NIR is a plus. * Keen attention to detail and scientific documentation skills. * Willingness to learn and work inter-departmentally as part of a team. * Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently. * Proficient verbal and written English skills * Bachelors degree in a life science.
