Summary/Objective:

The Analytic Team Lead will identify and perform a wide variety of analytical projects in order to achieve established sales and marketing goals. Projects will include building statistical models, customer profiles, segmentations, scoring customer and prospective universes, analyzing campaign results, and generating client reports/presentations with meaningful, insightful, and actionable findings.

Essential Functions:

  • Meet with sales team members to ascertain marketing objectives in verticals like healthcare and financial services and then use data to build analytic solutions that drive ROI.

  • Understands digital data in all its many forms and has experience integrating digital and physical data and developing real time analytic solutions to drive digital activity and visa versa.

  • Experience with AI and Machine Learning Techniques to improve model performance and production efficiency.

  • Provide NEW innovate techniques, models and products that can be scaled and provided to our clients.

  • Perform exploratory data analysis, look-a-like and response models, multi-staged models, clustering, segmentation, factor analysis, discriminant analysis and profiles all to drive profitable marketing solutions.

  • Must be an expert in using SAS (Base SAS, SAS STAT, SAS GRAPH, Enterprise Miner and other products as needed) and be able to conduct the required analytical functions using these tools rather than another front-end platform. Must know basic SQL and have at least cursory knowledge of R and Python.

  • Create client ready reports and presentations based upon findings to include objectives, methodology, findings, results, executive summary and recommendations.

  • Perform data hygiene and work with automated programs built to execute append/reverse append various data sets. Contribute ways to improve the process and reduce cycle time.

  • Assist in building additional automation and system process innovation.

  • Lead and manage analytic projects, be a mentor and act as a team lead to improve modeling by shorting time-frames and providing better results.

  • Present results in customer/client situations demonstrating expertise, professionalism and relatability.

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in order to convey insight, consumer behavior, and sales/campaign results

  • Exceptional time management, critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem solving skills

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Analyst will be responsible for leading teams in project specific tasks

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, and MASTERS in Marketing, Statistics, Social Sciences, Mathematics or related field.

  • Proficient in modeling software tools (Base SAS, SAS Enterprise Miner) of more than 5 years

  • Proficient in address hygiene, merge/purge of data sets, and establishing unique identification.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word specifically), Power Point, and other Office products.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Relevant analytical work experience in predictive modeling of at least 10 years.

  • Working knowledge of advanced statistical analysis and research methodologies with both an academic and business understanding.
