Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk.
The group provides leadership, enhances communications, assists with problem identification and solutions, and shares best practices. In addition, the group provides an enterprise-wide view of risk, assists management and our Board of Directors in identifying and monitoring risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and takes appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company.
The Team: Conduct Management is a centralized team within Corporate Risk. Conduct Management has enterprise-wide responsibilities to address allegations related to team member misconduct. This includes reporting on the entire allegation life cycle including case intake, triage, research and disposition of a wide variety of allegations including behavioral misconduct, theft, sales practices, fraud, money laundering, etc.
This Analytic Manager 4 will be accountable for delivering critical production and operational reporting to the Conduct Management (CM) organization and LOB Control Executive teams. This individual will collaborate in order to identify and implement key reports needed for a large cross-LOB CM organization.
Key responsibilities include:
Partner with other leaders within CM Analytics, Insights, and Reporting teams to understand business requirements, source data for reporting, and build robust self-service operational reporting
Provide CM leaders with the information and reporting needed to make day-to-day business decisions, including regulatory and business SLA adherence as well as team member performance
Design a new, streamlined, cross-LOB CM reporting infrastructure that is optimized and reduces redundancy
Collaborate to identify and implement consistent KRIs/KPIs reporting across a large cross-LOB CM organization
Collaborate to build a desired future state operational reporting vision
Develop exceptions reporting that alert management of activities that may be out of compliance
Evaluate, recommend, and implement strategies for developing and utilizing data and metrics to predict, improve, and measure the success of fundamental customer pain points resolution
Drive understanding in business intelligence requirements and improve the level of self-service reporting
Provide consulting support on data analysis and operational reporting capabilities
Manage geographically distributed team members
Build a highly effective and efficient Production reporting team

Financial services industry experience
A Master's degree or higher in operations research, applied statistics, economics, computer science, electrical engineering or a related field
A Masters of Business Administration (MBA)
4+ years of Tableau experience
4+ years of MicroStrategy experience
SQL or SAS experience
Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
