Our Data and Analytics Delivery Services team is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner for an assigned customer to identify and pursue new opportunities, conduct market analysis, and prepare revenue projections. You'll also develop new service offerings and solutions, enhance existing delivery capabilities, and support the delivery of solutions on engagements.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

  • Building a personal knowledge base through proactive industry research and analysis activities and efforts to build product deliverables either individually or with client service teams.

  • Leveraging business software, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, analytic/visualization tools like Alteryx and Tableau, and basic financial analysis packages;

  • Exhibiting team commitment and the willingness to support the team in the attainment of organizational goals; and,

  • Guiding and developing others in the group and across the Analytic Insights organization and the Firm who are new to the industry or subject matter.

The team focuses on several key risk types, including conduct, credit, financial crimes, information security, interest rate, liquidity, market, model, operational, regulatory compliance, reputation, strategic, and technology risk. Wells Fargo Compliance including Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) is responsible for oversight of the company's financial crimes related risk: Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), anti-money laundering and terrorist financing, anti-bribery and corruption, the Office of Foreign Assets Control, other global sanctions programs, and customer due diligence. Compliance Analytics is responsible for all analytics globally for WF Compliance and specifically for Financial Crimes – AML and Terrorist Financing monitoring for Wells Fargo and Co. Financial Crimes Surveillance's mission is to implement and maintain an effective and forward looking Financial Crimes Program that complies with all applicable financial crimes related laws and regulations, and to detect and alert on activity that may be indicative of financial crimes in order to safeguard the company, its employees, our customers, and the global community. This team is responsible for all monitoring and surveillance; covering all business groups including Wells Fargo Bank NA, Wells Fargo Securities, Wells Fargo Clearing Services, Introducing Brokers and Wells Fargo's international locations. The team provides alerting to investigation teams within FCI and the Global FIUs. The Financial Crimes Surveillance team is looking for three creative, positive, and motivated team members to lead three teams in our group. One position will lead a team that oversees the AML Surveillance release for Wells Fargo Securities as well as the new legal entity created in response to Brexit, Wells Fargo Securities Europe. Another position will oversee the implementation of new functions related to electronic communications surveillance and advanced analytics like natural language processing in this space. The third position will enhance the coverage and coordination of international surveillance through partnership with the Global Financial Investigation Unit. Responsibilities for these positions include, but are not limited to: * Enhance and operate comprehensive monitoring programs to effectively manage Wells Fargo's global Financial Crime Risk. * Build, develop and maintain a high performing team of analytics professionals through effective hiring, coaching and rigorous performance/talent management processes.
