You'll play an important part in continuously innovating and improving Firm operations so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of services to our current and prospective clients. Our Data and Analytics Delivery Services team is responsible for serving as a strategic business partner for an assigned customer to identify and pursue new opportunities, conduct market analysis, and prepare revenue projections. You'll also develop new service offerings and solutions, enhance existing delivery capabilities, and support the delivery of solutions on engagements.

Responsibilities

As a Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above

  • Be involved in the financial management of clients

  • Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients

  • Contribute to the development of your own and team's technical acumen

  • Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges

  • Assist in the management and delivering of large projects

  • Train, coach, and supervise staff

  • Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues

  • Continue to develop internal relationships and your PwC brand

Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Delivering relevant and value-adding industry research;

  • Analyzing and developing thought leadership to support both client service and Internal Firm Services (IFS) partners and staff, as well as to external clients;

  • Managing the development of stakeholder deliverables;

  • Participating in relevant stakeholder engagements as a recognized subject matter specialist;

  • Developing market making differentiated points of view;

  • Creating analytic modeling and monitoring of key sector drivers;

  • Developing ideas for forward-looking, client-centric analysis to drive strategic conversations and specific growth opportunities targeted to the client service team's needs;

  • Managing activities around client support and risk mitigation on a product, deliverable and project basis, and the quality of delivered products by adhering to the unit's quality review protocol;

  • Interacting with stakeholder and practice groups to develop new products and solutions; and,

  • Building a personal knowledge base through proactive industry research and analysis activities and efforts to build product deliverables either individually or with client service teams.

Skills Preferred:

Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:

  • Leveraging business software, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, analytic/visualization tools like Alteryx and Tableau, and basic financial analysis packages;

  • Leveraging comprehensive analytics methodologies and tools, especially as it applies within a professional services environment;

  • Establishing personal networks relevant to the industry;

  • Exhibiting team commitment and the willingness to support the team in the attainment of organizational goals; and,

  • Guiding and developing others in the group and across the Analytic Insights organization and the Firm who are new to the industry or subject matter.
