Wells Fargo's Chief Administrative Office (CAO) consists of enterprise functions that work together to promote and protect the Wells Fargo culture and brand, and support our team members. Groups within CAO work to protect our reputation, tell our story, bolster team member engagement, connect with our customers, and bring new and innovative solutions to life. CAO functions include Commitment to Customer, Corporate Responsibility & Community Relations, Data Management & Insights, Human Resources, Marketing, Stakeholder Relations, and the CAO Integration and Planning Office.
This position will support our marketing campaigns under both categories of customer insight and education as well as customer deposit needs. It will play a key role in collaborating with our business partners in campaign test & design primarily around the direct mail and email channels with the potential to integrate digital and ATM touch points for holistic customer experience. There will also be monitoring and creating analytic testing of customer contact systems performance and customer experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Creating DOE (Design of Experiment) and analytics plans with Deposit oriented campaigns and collaborating with business partners to set parameters around specific key learnings within broader campaign
Work with financial partners to interpret campaign results into overall campaign financial goals (ROI/NPV/etc)
Quickly build an understanding around Credit Options Guide and FICO OPEN Access models and philosophy and develop analytics plans with business partners to understand value derived by customer as well as marketing campaigns for these very same programs to create awareness
Gain system and business process expertise and act as a knowledge resource within the team for both cross credit and PVSI (deposit) framework
Create insights with customer Financial Health Campaigns as well as overarching, holistic customer profile with Credit Options Guide and FICO OPEN ACCESS to understand value prop for customer long term
Test and Control understanding around sizing for statistical significance of test reads for setting up proper marketing tests with our marketing partners and regression testing for sometimes more ambiguous reads on the back end of the campaign
Work with our business partners at all stages of campaign support (campaign forecasting, design of experiment and analytics plan, intra/post campaign reads as well as post campaign performance deep dives)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and learn quickly in a rapidly changing environment and function efficiently under short deadlines
Analytics involved generally span multiple functional areas/business lines/data sources
May work with Audit, Legal and Compliance to ensure adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies
Create analysis with data that may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources
Create and present analytics plans and final analytics decks with senior leaders
Collaborate with others, work independently, initiate action, and accept challenging assignments
Utilize SAS or SQL languages with demonstrated proficiency using multiple, largescale database including Teradata/Oracle
Evaluate, recommend and implement strategies for developing and utilizing technical resources to enable initiatives that predict, improve and measure business success
