Work collaboratively during all phases of the Software Design Lifecycle with cross-competency teams to:
understand business objectives and goals provide guidance, direction and feedback during business requirements to develop strategic usability solutions by leveraging working knowledge of RxConnect, pharmacy workflow and company policies create 'real-life' user scenarios, screen flows, screen mockups and interactive prototypes present usability solutions and recommendations in both formal and invormal settings through professional and influential presentations and communications effectively communicate user behavior research and design decisions.Additional duties include:Coordinate and execute onsite and remote Usability study sessions
Translate research (from usability studies, store visits, field pharmacists and technicians feedback, market and competitor trends) into actionable design recommendations to quickly improve product design early in the design life cycle Support pre- and post-launch qualitative and quantitative validation testing to determine whether design enhancements/features/products have met business and usability objectives Assist the Manager, Usability Team and/or independently manage the identification of usability needs of the end user and key stakeholders to help determine solutions for usability problems/issues Participate in the design, development and implementation of best-in-class Retail Pharmacy Systems by working collaboratively with retail field colleagues, business representatives, project management and all IS teams
1+ year Software Design experience
Ability to motivate and develop team members Working knowledge of RxConnect and its related systems
Bachelor Degree Information Systems, Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Sciences or Computer Science required Experience may be considered in lieu of education
