Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Compliance
Reporting to the Senior Director, Compliance, the Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Compliance will serve an important role in Kiniksa's continued enhancement of its Compliance program. This position will assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continued improvement of Kiniksa's compliant and ethical practices and behaviors through close collaboration with internal and external business partners.
This role is based in our Lexington, MA office. Our office-based employees follow a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office, and 1 day remote.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):
Responsible for the review of Healthcare Professional (HCP) engagements and support the business in obtaining access to and training of key compliance tools including Needs Assessment, HCP Tiering, and Fair Market Value Analysis
Oversee development and delivery of training, policies, and guidance aligned with industry regulations and company standards
Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate documentation and systems to collect, analyze, and track compliance data, and any action items taken as well as testing controls
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support in implementing compliance initiatives and resolving issues
Support the Compliance team in reporting on the status of compliance program on a regular basis. Including the intake of all questions to the Compliance Mailbox and generation of subsequent compliance metrics for senior leadership and the Compliance Committee
Manage company's third-party due diligence and risk management program, including initial intake and monitoring of third parties
Assist in conducting in-person monitoring of Medical and Commercial activities to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
Requires a B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent (Advanced degree preferred) with 2+ years in compliance, audit and/or other related experience preferred
Knowledge of and experience with laws, regulations, and industry guidance that affect the pharmaceutical industry including global aggregate spend and other reporting/sunshine laws, fraud and abuse and anti-kickback statutes, OIG and PhRMA guidelines, and state marketing and price reporting compliance laws desired
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus
Strong operational and project management skills
Excellent organization, communication, and presentation skills. Candidate must have strong team orientation and problem-solving skills
Customer service oriented with high attention to detail
Strong commitment to compliance and ethical standards
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
Ability to travel up to 15%
Salary is commensurate with experience
