About The Job

This job is a member of the Customer Experience/Premium Services team within the Marketing & Loyalty Division. This position will be responsible for communicating product launches, provisioning updates, operational changes and other items to our frontline team members and various internal teams.

Specifically, you'll do the following:

  • Works cross-functionally with Flight Service, Premium Customer Services, Integrated Marketing and other business units to plan and develop internal communications for frontline team members

  • Strategizes creative and innovative thinking to deliver messaging to internal teams

  • Conducts focus groups and internal surveys that help determine communication strategy and messaging

  • Generates awareness and buy-in for initiatives among the front line teams so they can provide support and serve as ambassadors for such initiatives with our customers

  • Serves as the line of communication between marketing and frontline teams to assist in developing tools that support product sales for internal sales teams

  • Collaborates with Customer Experience and Corporate Communications teams to align on messaging and additional opportunities to educate/inform team members

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training

  • 2-3 years of experience in Copywriting, Mass Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing

  • Dynamic, independent self-starter

  • Excellent planning and project management skills

  • Ability to manage several deadlines at one time

  • Ability to present solutions strategically and creatively

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to make connections across functional areas

  • Efficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Customer Experience and Premium Services products (lounges, airports, inflight entertainment and connectivity, soft goods, etc.)

  • Familiarity or previous involvement/interaction with frontline work groups

  • Experience in a communications role

  • Experience presenting to all levels of an organization
