The International Investments division of Property Reserve, Inc. directly manages the company's global real estate fund portfolio, international direct investments, and oversees all strategy and research to support other efforts in the organization. This division is a project-based team that works with multiple world regions.
The Analyst for the International Investments division of Property Reserve, Inc. will assist in the compilation of market, economic, and real estate information for use in preparing market trends in support of acquisition strategy, pricing, investment levels, cap rates, and related financial information and trends.
This position will work with the other team members on Argus and underwriting analytics and modeling, market research analytics and reports, fund analytics, and portfolio analytics.

Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy.
Minimum bachelor's degree in finance, economics, statistics, or related field required
0-3 years of commercial real estate finance experience
Acute attention to detail
Ability to synthesize model assumptions from financial statements and market analyses
Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills, including Excel data analysis, financial modeling, and statistics
Argus expertise required, can be certified post-hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface with all levels of the organization
Ability to effectively work with databases
Ability to work effectively within a team and on project-based work
Capability to understand a broad array of concepts quickly
Ability to manage time effectively and work under the pressure of multiple deadlines
Provide real estate, geographic, and economic/demographic investment research and data gathering to support the overall investment strategy
Research complex topics and synthesize into actionable strategies
Perform specialized market research including capital market trends, demographics, and rental and sale comparables to support underwriting process
Update and maintain research databases and models
Prepare quarterly workbooks on selected real estate investment strategy research as directed
Identify market trends and communicate impacts to CRE
Perform financial analyses of potential real estate acquisitions to generate financial models through utilization of Argus and Excel software
Work closely with market research, due diligence, and asset management teams to verify underwriting and transition closed acquisitions into portfolio
Review fund sponsor materials for validity
