Catholic Health Services of Long Island (CHS) is an integrated health care delivery system with some of the region's finest health and human services agencies. The HRIS Analyst serves as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) Departments to provide support of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) and leverage technology solutions to meet business needs of the HR Department and users of the HR information system. Serves as a the HR technical point-of-contact and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system functionality changes, report writing and analyzing options for process improvement opportunities. As an integral part of the HRIS team, works with team members to ensure systems are up to date and functioning within the guidelines of policies, practices and procedures, as well as in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
