Analyst

Analyst, Capital Markets

The position will assist with a wide range of capital markets and finance matters including asset management, asset dispositions, corporate finance, strategic initiatives, and corporate presentations. The position will report to the SVP, Capital Markets and be based in the Companys corporate office in Atlanta.

Position Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with the SVP, Capital Markets on all capital markets, finance, and asset management matters.

• Partner with regional development teams and asset management team on property operating deficit forecasts and development budget reforecasts.

• Collaborate with the asset management team on property pricing analysis and annual budgets.

• Assist with the collection and review of due diligence materials for property dispositions.

• Support the capitalization of new development and acquisition investment opportunities, as well as refinancings and any loan modifications.

• Manage quarterly reporting of portfolio track record and company updates.

• Perform strategic ad-hoc financial modeling and underwriting.

• Prepare ad hoc reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

• Provide clear and timely communication of relevant and important information.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of Company information.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant real estate or finance experience.

• Basic knowledge of finance, operations, and accounting principles in multifamily real estate.

• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and work both within a team and independently.

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Extremely organized with high attention to detail.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

• Bachelors degree required.
