This position will report to PRS Manager. The main responsibilities will be to load supplier sales and revenue into the PRS system using advanced Excel skills and research. Utilize research tools and judgment to ensure that sales and revenue are applied to correct members.
Work closely with PRS Manager to develop and maintain processes and procedures, perform special research for customers, actively participate in and lead departmental process improvement projects to strengthen key performance indicators.
Draw conclusions from data and make strategic decisions to improve the quality of the results, processes, revenue and member value.
Audit ineligible administrative fees for revenue retention and recuperation and participate in processes to ensure that ineligible fees are returned to contract suppliers and addressed for future improvement in reporting.
Maintain established sales report processing procedures timely and accurately.
Analyze sales and calculate revenue percentages of each contract for batch entry.
Facilitate process improvements to enhance the report cycling process.
Effectively respond to special and complex research requests.
Identify and assist in the reconciliation of variances between PRS reporting and cash entry.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.
Minimum of two years related experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel experience and database querying skills (SQL, Access, BRIO).
Strong ability to draw conclusions from research and bring closure to findings.
Good understanding of data flow, data integration and data variety.
Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to draw conclusions from large, ambiguous and incomplete data sets.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
