POSITION TITLE: Analyst, Treasury

Position Summary:

The Analyst role for the Treasury team provides analytical support for the company warehouse lines of credit and assists the Treasury team in maintaining tolerances and appropriate loan cash flow levels.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Examples below:

• Managing daily fundings/settlements of mortgage loans on Treasury's warehouse lines of credit

• Reconciling loan cash flows

• Daily inventory reconciliation

• Warehouse balance reporting

• Tracking loan sales to investors and ensuring wire receipt

• Daily reporting leading to the booking of entries by Corporate Accounting department

• Assisting with the preparation of monthly interest payments

• Responding to business requests for Treasury information

• Daily interaction with bankers

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must have the following education and/or experience:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting preferred, or some college education in finance or accounting

• Strong analytical skills

• 1 year experience in Mortgage Banking preferred

• Communication skills

• Office applications: Fluency with MS Office applications, especially MS Excel and Access

• Intermediate to advanced skills with Access and query building software preferred

Training / Licensing Requirements:

• Must pass the Company's Background Screening process prior to beginning employment. Additionally, as a condition of employment, you may be required to pass client-specific background check requirements or Federal/State licensing requirements, if applicable.
• (Ex. or Currently possesses NMLS and MLO licensing in resident state where licenses are required or ability to obtain licensing)

Work Schedule:

• General work schedule (for shift roles)

The salary range for this position is expected to be $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on geographic location, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
