Job Overview

You will be responsible for the accurate and effective management of transactions at Suncor and third party terminals, data exchanges, and master data management in non-SAP systems relating to fuel terminals.

Key Accountabilities

  • Work collaboratively with the truck distribution coordinator regarding day-to-day administration of the trucking systems shared request mailbox and hotline

  • Support the Fuels Quality Specialist and backfill support for the Truck Distribution Coordinator.

  • Utilize SAP for nominations and the establishment of new carrier vendors. Manage our terminal management system and Terminal Administration Billing System (TABS) web-based master data platform

  • Resolve and coordinate to remedy bills of lading anomalies as well as assisting in the review and establishment of new carriers

  • Manage problems, requests, and project queues to deliver timely results

  • Build strong positive relationships to meet or exceed internal service level agreement guidelines on all procedures

Required Qualifications

Experience and Education:

  • Two or more years of technical IT, logistics and / or distribution experience

  • Bachelor degree in business, logistics or equivalent education is preferred

  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Skills and Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the department of transportation (DOT) regulations is preferred

  • Proficiency or familiarity with SAP and terminal management systems

  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel), data exchange, fuels terminal systems, and database structures. You are a self-starter with strong analytical skills who takes the initiative to trouble-shoot and solve problems as they arise

  • Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with diverse groups in order to achieve the best results and deliver the most value

  • You have a strong attention to detail, a continuous improvement mindset, are well organized and do not tolerate shortcuts

Working Conditions

  • This role requires you to be on call 24/7

  • You thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple priorities, challenging demands, and strict deadlines

  • Willingness to travel among the Denver Metro Area to the refinery, Downtown Business Office, and offsite as required.

The Catering Operations department develops, creates and provides the great dining experiences on board our aircraft.
