The function of the Transaction Management Analyst is to work in collaboration with other analysts and Asset Managers to implement value-added strategies for JLL Real Estate Capital, LLC ("JLL REC"). The Analyst will be required to assist with a wide variety of work undertaken by the Transaction Management Team as assigned, to include but not limited to: tracking repairs, processing construction draws, and managing routine consents and transfers involving all lender types (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, Pension Funds, Life Companies, Master Servicers). The Analyst must demonstrate attention to detail, organization, analytical orientation, leadership, and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner. The Analyst will be relied upon to analyze collateral performance in conjunction with projects within the Transaction Management team and provide thoughtful analysis which will be heavily utilized for JLL REC's overall risk assessment.
Assist in the maintenance of the consent tracking report for the department
Monitor and track the status of repairs
Oversee construction progress for rehab loans which involves preparing detailed analysis prior to disbursement of funds
Process routine consent requests which entails the collection and review of due diligence material
Manage transfer consent requests to include assistance in the preparation of organizational reviews and SREO reviews
Assist with preparing underwriting narratives in conjunction with consent recommendations
Interact routinely with leadership, clients, producers, lenders and counsel in conjunction with the daily oversight and management of consent requests
Coordinate and track vendor billing, disbursements, closings, and the close out of transaction requests
Other duties as deemed necessary and assigned by team leader and/or manager
Strong Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
Strong math, verbal, writing, and organizational skills
Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
Ability to multitask and work on several transactions simultaneously
Ability to recognize risk
Excellent attention to detail
