Skill: Product Analyst

Must have:

  • Contributes to defining product vision and roadmaps with measurable outcomes.

  • Informs messaging and communication artifacts around product vision and delivery for stakeholder briefings.

  • Works with Product team to help deliver products including definition of feature requirements, prioritization and sequencing, coordination of product demos and user feedback sessions, and rollout management.

  • Collects and synthesizes findings from customer research and product design to backlog prioritization decisions.

  • Executes user acceptance testing approach and scripts.

  • Monitors and communicates product - specific operational KPIs once a product enters production and provides expert insights for improvement opportunities.

  • Promotes full adoption of product features and provides training and onboarding support for new users.

Experience Required:

  • Experience helping to manage a Product via agile methodology (Required), or Performing business analysis in support of technology development using agile methodology.

Responsibilities:

Must have:

  • Supports an agile product team throughout the product lifecycle from inception through retirement.

  • Performs industry, business, and technical analysis; assists Product team in curating product roadmaps and prioritization in line with business objectives.

  • Supports Product and business teams in soliciting and defining requirements and features.

  • Communicate Authentically: Empathetically engage one another with direct and transparent dialogue and listening.

  • Actively discuss viewpoints with respect and compassion in a timely and candid manner, taking into account verbal and nonverbal cues. Ask questions, learn from each other, and share information widely to move the Bank's work forward.
