Roles & Responsibilities

• Writes product specifications/user stories, conducts feature and theme-based market research with clients, and works with engineering to develop the product with limited supervision.

• Support clients and projects as well as Sales opportunities on a set of features or solutions.

• Facilitate internal communications and solicit product feedback from internal and external sources.

• Ensure business suitability and user satisfaction based on product feedback.

• Assist in providing client product support.

• Participate in design, development, testing, implementation, support, and documentation related to QA automation focused on deployment and infrastructure.

• Responsible for clarification and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements.

• Perform analysis of test results and create and manage defects throughout the SDLC.

• Ensure that test coverage metrics improve over time. Suggest new tools and process improvements to current SDLC with a focus on continual improvement.

Education

Bachelor's/Master degree in computer science or equivalent with 6+years of professional experience in Credit Lens.
