The Role:

We are looking for an organized, data-driven, and tech-savvy Talent Projects & Reporting Analyst to join our growing Organization & Talent Development team based in Los Angeles, CA. This role will require you to be part Learning & Development administrator & team support, part data & analytics guru, and part project manager. More specifically, you'll be expected to maintain our global Learning Management System (LMS), which will involve close partnerships with cross-functional teams from global Learning & Development, HR, and HR Technology (HRIS) to ensure we're meeting the rapidly evolving learning needs of our businesses.

When you're not updating the LMS, you will be our HR reporting go-to where you will assist members of our HR team with their reporting questions, as well as prepare metrics dashboards for our teams to share with leaders.

Lastly, you'll also have the opportunity to support the project management needs of the Organization & Talent Development team, which will allow you to create project plans, manage timelines & deadlines, and communicate across business lines on all initiatives for the team. These projects will involve implementing learning and development initiatives, the improvement of HR processes, or special projects with the potential to create enterprise-wide impact.

Responsibilities:

Learning Management System Administration

  • Serve as the primary contact and a global partner for creating, maintaining, and updating all training courses within our Learning Management System

  • Train and support divisional trainers on the use of the LMS by creating training videos, updating quick reference guides, and hosting in-person/webinar demonstrations

  • Remain current on new learning technologies and best practices and recommend learning solutions that will improve the overall learner experience and drive improved performance

  • Support system implementations/updates and help our team compile new features and functions to be considered

  • Run learning reports for our compliance partners on a regular basis

  • Monitor a shared learning inbox in order to triage and answer all troubleshooting questions

Reporting & Analytics

  • Pull reports on a regular and ad hoc basis to support the data requests of our various HR teams, including Learning & Development, Organization Development, Diversity, Talent Acquisition, and more

  • Prepare spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations for the team and for our HR partners

  • Conduct data audits as it pertains to talent metrics and assist in identifying missing data and data inconsistencies

Project Management

  • Support cross-functional teams to achieve Organization & Talent Development team initiatives and objectives

  • Build and update project plans, scheduling meetings, keeping meeting notes, agendas, recaps to ensure all project stakeholders are aligned

  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of work experience in Human Resources, Training, Organization Development, or other related fields

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related area

  • Excellent analytic skills and high degree of comfort with detailed processes

  • Team player. Ability to collaborate and work effectively with peers, as well as internal and external customers

  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accountability

  • Innovative and creative thinker. Ability to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Advanced Microsoft Office/Suite proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Workday Learning

  • Instructional design experience and knowledge of adult learning principles

  • ATD Certification a plus
