To support its global operations, Mapletree has established an extensive network of offices in these countries. The Role Working within the U.S. Property Management team, you will be responsible for assisting with sustainability strategies and implementing environmental, social and governance (ESG) and sustainability initiatives for the U.S. portfolio of office, logistics, data center and student housing assets.

Job Responsibilities Support rollout, management and monitoring of sustainability initiatives within the business unit and across the U.S. portfolio including data management platform, stakeholder engagement, efficiency measures, green building certifications and renewable energy projects. Lead coordination of annual GHG reporting including data management and validation and communicating across internal and external stakeholders. Support ESG reporting requirements including annual sustainability report, greenhouse gas (GHG), GRI, TFCD and Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) submittals.

Assist with oversight of service providers to quantify and ensure the integrity of science-based targets and environmental reporting. Serve as subject matter expert by researching and keeping abreast of frameworks, methodologies and reporting standards. Assist with the development of training materials across multiple business units on ESG standards, projects and initiatives.

Create ESG resources portal including content creation and ongoing organization and maintenance. Liaise with employees, service providers, to explore and implement best practices and effective workflows that ensure performance objectives and goals are met Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably in sustainability or environmental science 4 years experience in a business setting with focus on environment, sustainability or related roles, ideally with a real estate background Experience with Green House Gas (GHG), Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmarking (GRESB) and/or other corporate reporting programs preferred Working knowledge of green building certifications and the ESG environment in U.S., in particular U.S. regulations, procurement of solar/green energy etc. Highly motivated self-starter that can operate independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage operations and projects simultaneously Professional working levels of English are essential for this role.
