Analyst, Supply & Logistics

Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for Analyst, Supply & Logistics on our Quality Assurance Team.

Functional Overview:

The Analyst, Supply & Logistics - Audit and Feedback will help design, create and implement various work activity Audits and Voice of the Consumer survey data feedback for Whirlpool's Local Distribution Center network and Third Party Logistics process partners. Your work will consist of 4 phases: Design, Creation, Implementation, and Supervision to drive metric improvements at a Network level.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define/Create Audit and Feedback Processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support Home Delivery

  • Implementation of Live/Post Builder Specialist Audits

  • Create Local Distribution Center Network Audit Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and adherence policies

  • Help develop Process Controls, Measurements, and Reporting dashboards

  • Other duties or projects as assigned

  • Some travel required to support Local Distribution Center Network

  • Able to work onsite, full time, during business hours

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in progress with a completion date by August 2022
  • 1+ years of experience in one of the following areas: Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Policy & Procedure, or Process Audits

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High level of self-motivation and integrity

  • Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of business

  • Effective and professional communication and organization skills are required

  • Ability to troubleshoot, collaborate and brainstorm with other team members

  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Tools

  • Ability to work cross-functionally to drive results

Description: * Responsible for leading supply/demand teams as well as S&OP/IBP process for North American Integrated Supply Chain * Collaborate with process partners across sales, merchandising, finance, and procurement to determine strategy and process for supply planning, product fulfillment, and inventory management. * Execute strategic direction and tactical plans for production planning, deployment, demand planning, and S&OP/IBP * Lead Continuous Improvement and process standardization initiatives * Work closely with manufacturing and customer fulfillment organizations to align on necessary actions to balance customer service metrics, cost targets, and inventory levels.
