Analyst

SRC, Inc. is currently seeking an Analyst to work at the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL), Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio. The selected candidate will design, develop, and evaluate high-fidelity models of multiple specific sensors and the communication links and C2 nodes associated with them. In addition, the candidate will evaluate models and simulations acquired by the Virtual Combat Lab (VCL) from other sources and conduct electronic warfare, cyber warfare, and information operations experiments.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and evaluate high-fidelity models of multiple projected threat sensors systems found in current and future Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) environments. Integration of these models into the VCL and HELIOS simulation infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and evaluate C2 algorithms, communication links and components
• Design, develop, and evaluate models of various "red" and "blue" EA, ES, and EP systems
• Participation in field-testing of selected sensor systems to gather data to improve existing and new models
• Design of experiments to evaluate the performance of the models, algorithms, and techniques
• Conduct experiments, gather and reduce data, analyze the results, and generate reports

What You'll Bring

• Associates degree and 14+ years' of relevant experience

• An active TS/SCI clearance is required

• Experience with Suppressor/Multi Domain Suppressor (MDS)

• Experience building complex and cutting-edge scenarios that include the following:

• EW systems, sensors, weapons, C2, and network and communication systems

• Ability to design and develop scenarios using AFSIM

Ways to Stand Out - Preferred Requirements

• Experience with C/C++, FORTRAN, COBOL, Python, Visual Basic, Windows/Linux, and AFSIM
• Familiar with the EWIR database

Total compensation for this role is market competitive. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Dayton, OH is estimated at $134,000 to $194,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, and abilities, geographic location as well as other business and organizational needs.
