Analyst, Sr. Financial Planning & Analysis

Assist with development of annual rolling forecasts and budgets, including financial and business analysis and presentation

Assist on long-term strategic planning; including analysis, financial modeling/reporting and monitoring

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budgets and forecasts

Develop, maintain and oversight of financial models through benchmarking and process analysis for decision support (e.g., Pricing, Manufacturing Capacity, and Profitability)

Develop and oversight of operating metrics (KPIs) that ensure optimal financial performance

Help provide recommended actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analysis; study proposed changes in methods and materials

Analyze past results perform variance analysis, identify trends and make recommendations for improvements

Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and help provide recommended actions for operational optimization

Help drive financial and operational process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and dashboards

Assist with potential business acquisitions and investments/CAPEX; including financial modeling, analysis, monitoring and presentation

Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting

Work closely with IT & BI teams to increase productivity by developing automated reporting forecasting tools

Help guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures

Other special projects or necessary duties as required for harmonious business and working relationships
