Aon is looking for a Senior Analyst, Analytics - Special Opportunities Group

As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting Special Opportunities Group in Chicao IL.

Your impact as a Senior Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide research and analysis to develop Aon's value proposition and strategic plan.

  • Identified and develops opportunities for new, creative risk solutions for clients across diverse geographies and solution lines

  • Performs analysis to support product development and identification of prospects for Aon solutions and positions Aon to win the work.

  • Supports team selling efforts internally and with the prospects team.

  • Works collaboratively with internal business partners across Aon to enable shared success

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of Capital Markets experience investment banking, sales and trading, consulting or other executive capacity

  • as an I-banker, banker, or consultant

  • Experience in supporting and maintaining relationships with clients

  • Ability to support M&A and other advisory transaction dialogue and activity.

  • Strong research and financial analysis skill set

  • Strong team-based collaboration skills


  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of Capital Markets industry experience.
