The American Express Global Commercial Services (GCS) business unit is a leading industry player in the United States and supports businesses with a wide range of differentiated products and services. The GCS Digital Marketing team's goal is to be the center of excellence in delivering significant Card Member value through meaningful interactions at every touch point. We foster high levels of Card Member satisfaction and long term engagement with our Small Business customers via a range of digital channels.
As the Analyst/Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for optimizing our site and application experience for Small Business Customers. One key focus area will be owning the Employee Card application experience and helping to deliver critical business results.
Work closely with partner teams to maintain and enhance the capabilities/marketing content for various digital assets that our team owns, with the opportunity to provide recommendations for new customer experiences
Track the performance of our digital assets on a daily basis in order to identify specific drivers behind these metrics and develop key insights to enable decision-making
Own the monthly reporting and consolidation of the Digital Marketing team results, which are a key input for senior management meetings
Support the launch of partner team's marketing campaigns by building unique entry points and ensuring all digital assets remain compliant
Lead an external agency and other internal partner teams to develop a robust Test and Learn plan for enhancing our digital assets, with the goal of uncovering insights that will help fuel growth
Support the application creation/testing and communication strategy for a new initiatives that make our digital assets available to a wider customer base
Incredibly organized, highly-detailed individual who is comfortable navigating complex processes to deliver on tight timelines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, own projects from end-to-end, and lead various stakeholder groups to drive operational excellence
Exceptional attention to detail experience ensuring flawless execution in an environment with a significant amount of complex information and competing stakeholder priorities
Experience managing a marketing campaign from kickoff to deployment
Comfortable with analyzing data, with the ability to translate complex business results or events into insights and make recommendations for leadership action
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
Digital expertise preferred
Experience with email and/or online channels and capabilities (e.g. A/B Tests, Omniture, Google Analytics, SalesForce, etc)
Experience with digital marketing analytics reporting
Experience growing and managing an end to end digital marketing campaign
Adept at learning systems
Positive attitude, flexible/adaptable to change, and sense of humor
Bachelor's Degree required
