Robert Half Finance and Accounting is working with a local financial planning organization in their search for a Junior Analyst to report directly to the CIO. In this position, you will conduct financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans.

Additional duties include be responsible for?advising management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and preparing reports for management.?You will be a part of a dynamic team being a key business partner in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management.? The main responsibility of the role is to analyze various portfolios. This will likely include serving as the back-end research provided to the team of financial advisors and involves a balance of analytical work along with presentation and supporting of the findings. Their most desirable traits are as follows: ? Entry level/some experience desired ? Morningstar experience a huge plus ? Able to effectively create and defend arguments

Requirements
Analyst Requirements ? BA/BS degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance ? 1-3 years of experience ? Experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role) ? Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills? ? Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions? ? Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills (prior experience programming a big plus) ? Able to build and deliver effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds ? Prepare Presentations

VIEW JOBS 1/17/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-17T00:00 Summary This position performs daily activities in servicing customers to promote HT company products and/or services, ILEC (Interstate Local Exchange Carrier) and CLEC (Competitive Local Exchange Carrier) offered in the FCC (Federal Communication Commission) and/or PUC (Public Utilities Commission) Tariffs. This position is responsible for identifying and/or improving co-efficiencies to improve overall delivery of services by evaluating, and resolving wholesale services from ordering and billing issues. This position is also responsible for administrative functions for various HT system, CDG (Communications Data Group) CABS (Carrier Access Billing System) and NeuStar applications for the ordering of Wholesale products and services (Special and switched access) from both FCC and PUC tariffs that are in accordance to the National ATIS (Alliance Telecommunication Industry Solutions) OBF (Ordering and Billing Forum) and NECA (National Exchange Carrier Association) rules. In addition, this position will take the lead on tracking/monitoring and issues resolution for Wholesale Projects working with project managers across multiple departments. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: 50% Analysis: * Research, analyze and resolve ASR (Access Service Request/LSR (Local Service Request) questions using Tariffs, Contract, ASOG/LSOG (Access/Local Service Order Guidelines) and provide clarification and/or guidance in accordance to National NECA and/or ATIS/OBF standards. * Analyze NPAC (National Portability Administration Center) also called access issues and resolve to ensure timely porting of TNs. * Identify, evaluate, resolve and/or determine level of escalation needed. * Provide timely resolution of issues to both internal/external customer * Provide timely updates and escalation of issues to both internal/external customer. * Review/Evaluate/Calculate/Approve FCC/PUC termination liability charges per tariffs and contracts. * Work with Wholesale Markets Sales, HT Facility provisioning, Network Reliability, and/or Carrier teams as needed. * Review & analyze pre-billing orders for accuracy. * Research pre-billing errors. * Review, analyze and root cause resolve incoming billing disputes. * Approve and enter adjustments for external and Internal accounts. 30% Project Management: * Project co-ordination and management including issue resolution. * Review all new, change, and/or removal of any FCC/PUC tariff regulations relating to HT, Wholesale, NECA products and services to ensure HT is in compliance policies and ensure we are within the guidelines ASOG/LSOG and National ATIS OBF rules. * Represent Wholesale Ops in Planning sessions as ASR/LSR expert to manage the facilitation of customer orders and billing. * Perform Project UAT including tracking/reporting results. * Prepare UAT test cases as needed. 20% Provide UAT Support: * Perform System UAT including tracking/reporting results. * Document root cause analysis & temporary solutions (workarounds). * Ensure system changes are adhering too following FCC/PUC regulation policies. Qualifications Education: * Associates degree in Business Administration or minimum of two (2) years related work experience in a business call center or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Professional training or knowledge: * Three to five (2-3) years Customer Service/Call Center experience serving in-bound calls, preferably in a related industry. * Two years experience of industry Telecordia standards, NECA, ATIS-OBF, PUC, & FCC tariffs is required. * Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) environment software. * Work experience reflecting communications skills, both verbal and written and providing management presentations. Work experience: * Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years related work experience in a business call center is preferred. * Demonstrated work experience using applied procedures, regulations, and policies related to areas of specialized expertise a plus. Work Conditions * Five days, 40-hours per week. * May require late hours and weekends to complete assignments and projects. * Work may be performed in an enclosed area lacking windows with exposure to indoor conditions: dust, noise, dirt, heat, various lighting conditions, etc. Mental Requirements * Ability to manage multiple priorities, functions and tasks. * Flexible and able to adjust quickly to many moving facets of the job. * Ability to make quick situational assessments and react accordingly. * Requires leveraging leadership and a variety of technical skills to work across internal groups as well as with vendors and industry partners to support service offerings and infrastructure capabilities. * Requires alignment with the Company's F.A.S.T.
