T-Mobile USA is a leading provider of digital GSM/GPRS, UMTS, and LTE wireless voice and data technology standards.
Analyst, Reporting and Analytics, located in Bellevue, WA will be responsible for supporting the Financial Services business by providing financial, regulatory, and operation reporting solutions.
Perform impact assessment, pattern detection and root cause analysis for data quality issues across financial systems and tools
Develop dashboards and reports that provide insights on business processes and data flows
Develop standard regular reporting that enable visibility to business performance
Design and develop automated reporting solutions that will enable the organization to identify and address system issues
Build effective relationships with internal and external business partners.
Work with teams across the enterprise, including IT, Marketing, Credit, Finance, Treasury, and Accounting, to provide key reporting solutions to drive enterprise financial results.
2+ years relevant professional experience.
Able to write complex SQL using a variety of User Interfaces (e.g., TOAD, Teradata SQL Assistant, SAS Enterprise Guide or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio)
Experience building dashboards and reports with Tableau
Proficient in MS Excel & PowerPoint with strong presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical concepts in verbal or written format
