What You'll Do

The Analyst Relations Manager, Collaboration, will be responsible for driving an industry-leading Analyst Relations (AR) program for Cisco's Collaboration strategy, solutions and partnerships, with particular focus on Unified Communications and the Customer Journey.

You will be responsible for engaging with Cisco business leaders and ensuring that we communicate a cohesive strategy and story to analysts who cover these areas of our business. You will be handling high ROI outreach programs focused on strategic engagement and developing long term relationships with the industry analyst community across the globe. You will be expected to act as a key strategic advisor to Cisco's business, driving valuable insight, guidance and feedback back into the business to help inform strategy, business and marketing decisions. You will own the accuracy of Cisco's Collaboration and Unified Communications business in key analyst research reports. You will also collaborate across the AR team to develop plans and messaging around security being foundational to everything Cisco does.

Who You'll Work With

You will be a key member of the Collaboration AR Team. You will interface with senior executives in the Collaboration business units and marketing as well as their teams. You will work closely with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and deliver programs that improve influencer and customer awareness, consideration and recommendation of Cisco's strategy globally across our portfolio. You will be a part of the Global AR Team, which rolls up into Global Corporate Communications (GCC). You will report to the AR Lead for Collaboration, Blockchain and AR Sales Enablement.

You are comfortable at the executive level, working closely with communications and business peers to drive strategy and messaging. You have a deep understanding of business fundamentals and technology. You have excellent written and verbal communications skills. You have a strong industry analyst relations background as well as experience that demonstrates sound judgment and good instincts. You are smart, respectful, creative, collaborative, dedicated, organized, and accountable. You see opportunities and are a "glass-half full" type of person who is keenly focused on achieving results.

Minimum Qualifications

  • You have 5+ years in Analyst Relations (preferred), Marketing or Communications with a technology focus

  • You have a BA/BS Degree

  • Comfortable developing and delivering Powerpoint presentations

  • You have experience pulling together integrated communications plans

  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and handle change in real time

  • Ability to move quickly - assess the situation, aggregate data, make a decision and move

  • Comfortable working with senior level executives

  • Experience with Architect Analyst Database a plus

  • Digital/social media presence a plus

Key Responsibilities Lead the thinking, concepting and execution on PayPal's brand identity and architecture including all the key brand elements: * Brand House of Brands and Individual brand architecture for customer facing brands * PYPL Branded Company architecture and individual identities – e.g. PayPal Ventures For each brand in the house of brands, leadership and oversight on: * Brand Visual & Expression Tool-kit * Brand voice and tone * Brand personality and attributes, * Brand architecture and articulation, * Brand narrative and key messaging * Product architecture including naming, trademark, licenses and copyright policy on * brand IP * Building strong insight base and legal claims to support our brand differentiation and key messaging Create and maintain the Living Guidelines clearly articulating our brand platform for use by all key brand customers internally and externally – creating the means for us to protect and manage our brand wherever it appears Devise, articulate and implement the long-term brand plan to support our 6-year business plan to define the brand behaviors and activities the demonstrate our purpose in the changing world and the unique value for our customers that enables us to become a defining brand of the 2020's.
