We have a great opportunity for an RCM Account Receivable Analyst at RTI in Conshohocken. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive review and analysis of insurance denials and serve as a conduit for issue identification and process improvement consulting.

Perform analytical reviews of Tableau reports to identify trends and individual user analysis
Conduct Payer research to resolve ongoing/repetitive denials that have gone unresolved
Serve as the main point of contact for all Probate related accounts and issues
Provide direct weekly feed back to our Probate vendor and reconcile any disputes
Identify denials/payers/accounts that are impacted by any change in logic
Serve as business unit representative to perform system testing when system logic changes are deployed
Perform follow through evaluation post system logic change deployments
Participate in weekly management team meetings
Other duties as assigned

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Demonstrated advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Products.
Five years' experience in the medical billing field.
Excellent knowledge of Medical Insurance terminology, including knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Blue Shield rules and regulations in multiple States.
Ability to reach problem resolution.
Approach Probate accounts with empathy and compassion
Organized, detail oriented with excellent follow through abilities. Can handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to work independently
Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of
