TITLE: Analyst, Protein Fortification

LOCATION: Bridgewater, NJ

REPORTS TO: Director Global Segment Marketing, Healthful Solutions Protein Fortification

Primary Function:

The Global Innovation Business Analyst, Healthful Solutions, Protein Fortification will be responsible for supporting the segment in driving growth and the development of the Segment portfolio. This role will involve exploring protein ingredients, assessing their impact on the Protein Fortification portfolio, and recommending strategies to enhance our offerings.

Core Responsibilities:

• Identifying and analyzing new business opportunities for the Protein Fortification team to meet Ingredion's growth and Innovation goals.

• Championing data analysis to promote the development of business strategies. This includes business case preparation, competitive landscapes, and protein trend insights.

• Provide insights on protein competitor activities, products and identify gaps and opportunities for differentiation.

• Provide actionable insights to inform product development and business strategies.

• Collect and organize data into monthly reports and dashboards

• Support global innovation business lead and other activities as needed.

• Assist in development of management presentations and board decks

• Preparing and delivering presentations to leadership

• Contribute to the annual Segment Growth Plan and support the execution to deliver on the segment growth.

• Collaborate with other functional areas such as Finance, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, etc.

Qualified candidate will have:

• Bachelors' Degree with an MBA or graduate degree preferred.

• Significant direct and practical experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing and food and proteins is preferred.

• Available to travel domestically, on an as needed basis

• Fluent in English

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization and in a variety of cultures - both internal and external.
