The Payroll Data Governance Analyst is responsible for ensuring our defined processes are completed within established timelines. Analysts collaborate with teams both inside and outside of the Payroll department to ensure validations are completed on time and all adequate documentation is completed and maintained.
Provide ad hoc analysis and/or develop metrics to support the work of the team.
Monitor biweekly testing processes to ensure all sign-offs are completed.
Monitor completion of validations against established timelines to ensure timelines are met.
Work cross-functionally to ensure all validations are completed consistently.
Ensure all adequate documentation is saved/ maintained in accordance with department procedures.
Document daily status of US work stream for handoff to India team.
Complete element setup/ testing tasks as necessary.
Provide feedback on processes as well as recommendations for process improvement.
Proven experience developing meaningful report summaries.
Ensure data for all reports is accurate and reports are prepared in a timely and thorough manner.
Effectively manage partnerships with HR Direct, Benefits and Technology to ensure our successful achievement of department goals.
Bachelor's degree or related experience.
1-3 years of experience in Finance/ Technology.
Process documentation ownership experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Expertise in MS Excel.
Expertise in MS Word.
Expertise in MS Power Point.
Ability to analyze business needs and translate needs into measurable performance metrics.
Ability to self-manage work projects and deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a team environment to achieve goals.
Demonstrated team orientation, motivation and flexibility.
Excellent Organizational Skills with proven demonstration.
