Full Time Locations: 2200 Forward Drive Harrison, Arkansas 72602-0840 8285 Tournament Drive Memphis, Tennessee 38125-1745 POSITION OVERVIEW: Participate in the analysis, design, development, implementation and resolution of innovative and replicable transportation solutions in support of Operations, Sales and customers. Support growth and retention of profitable LTL business.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Under general supervision, participate in the analysis of complex data and information; drawing concise conclusions to design, develop and implement innovative solutions to solve business problems and deliver operational and customer benefits 2. Review daily OS&D reports to assess value, support high value issues for OS&D staff, and identify timeliness of OS&D investigations 3.

Investigate OS&D related to shipments at service center locations for quality descriptions and possible placement prior to forwarding to cargo risk 4. Review daily shortage reports to assess value, support high value issues for OS&D staff, and identify timeliness of OS&D shortage investigations 5. Partner with OS&D staff to investigate missing shipments, utilizing video cameras and tracking numbers to locate freight 6.

Assist and serve as point of contact for service centers and/or districts regarding OS&D matters 7. Conduct research to provide analysis and solutions for issue resolution for opportunities 8. Participate in and/or lead initiatives that include other functional teams, internal and external customers 9.

Manage and maintain progress on each project(s) to ensure deadlines and objectives are achieved 10. Educate business stakeholders on policies, processes, best practices for OS&D resolution 11. Lead and participate in initiatives and projects to develop and sustain internal processes addressing common and uncommon situations 12.

Report on OS&D health of the network, ensuring quality metrics are captured, analyzed and communicated 13. Serve as resource and mentor to other team members 14. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures 15.

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience plus two (2) years experience in transportation, distribution, fulfillment or supply chain management including both process and technology components Experience in the LTL industry preferred Knowledge of Sales relationships to other functional areas preferred Direct knowledge and understanding of Operational processes Must possess strong analytical skills, be able to perform risk-analysis, with the ability to make decisions Solutions-oriented with strong project management skills including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into quality solutions or alternatives Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with various levels of internal and external customers Self-motivated, assertive and persistent, with the ability to complete projects and assignments on time Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to various levels of internal and external customers Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to operate in a highly-flexible work environment WORKING CONDITIONS:

POSITION PURPOSE: The Parts Research Analyst provides customer service for the Parts Operation Center or assigned location. This role interfaces with internal and external customers and Field Operations. Ensures all Briggs Equipment standards are adhered to and executed consistent with company direction. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. Provide accurate and timely customer service and support relating to parts inquiries required for order completions with internal / external customers, vendors, supplies and branches using applicable tools and established processes 2. Prepare quotes and order requests based on equipment type 3. Research, analyze and resolve parts discrepancies, to include purchases, shipments and delivery 4. Maintain accurate records of invoices and support documents across multiple interfaces 5. Enter all pertinent data into the Company's systems 6. Receive inbound calls for industrial equipment parts inquiries. 7. Perform parts research duties through web-based, adobe programs as well as hard copy manuals and microfiche 8. Performs other related duties as assigned.
