Job Description

We are currently seeking an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join our Capital Markets Multifamily lending platform supporting the Affordable Production team. This person will be responsible for supporting the growth of JLL's multifamily loan production efforts. The role will provide loan and real estate analysis to help support the loan originations team. The primary technology that the analyst will use in analyzing historical and projected property operations is Microsoft Excel. A full understanding of complex excel models in existing templates as well as the ability to develop new or refine existing templates is required in this role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze property operating statements and rent rolls and determine a pro-forma NOI used for loan determination.

  • Assist senior team members in sizing and structuring debt transactions by using fundamental valuation methodologies, identifying and researching risks, understanding industry dynamics, industry valuation metrics and modeling cash flows.

  • Upon completion of due diligence, independently prepare a narrative summary and financial model that will be presented for internal pre-application and investor approvals.

  • Become knowledgeable about Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA multifamily loan programs and underwriting requirements. Previous experience working with Agency lending is a plus.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal departments.

  • Conduct detailed economic and demographic research through the use of third party information services to determine feasibility of transactions.

  • Monitor and update JLL's Pipeline system.

  • Provide/gather information through exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written).

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a business related field (i.e. Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, etc.)

  • 1-4 years of analytical and financial modeling skills in an investment environment. We are open to a December 2019 graduate with internship experience (real estate background preferred)

  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with real estate finance, such as LTV, DSCR, capitalization rates, interest rates (fixed, variable, taxable, tax-exempt)

  • Ability to write a convincing business case

  • Outstanding Excel skills (required) and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Outlook, Access)

  • Willingness and ability to learn new technology

  • Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills

  • Ability to multi-task, especially in stressful situations, and excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to travel as needed

JOB SUMMARY This position is responsible for performing Software Quality Assurance (SQA) testing activities to ensure that MultiPlan business applications meet requirements and function correctly. JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Analyze business requirements and technical specifications for MultiPlan applications. Create the corresponding test plans, and test cases for MultiPlan's SQA team. * Execute SQA testing of MultiPlan applications in accordance with project documentation and aligned with company standards. * Perform back-end (database) testing using SQL queries on Oracle and SQL Server databases. Perform regression and integration testing. * Perform front-end (functional) testing of Web and GUI applications. * Analyze test results. Log defects in Jira.
