Position Summary

The Analyst, Operations is responsible for Key Performance Metrics (KPIs), financial and other data analysis, creation of presentations, and project management to successfully support the COO and the company's operations. The Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of LRS operations across all lines of business.

Reports To

Chief Operating Officer

Essential Job Duties

• Develop tracking models for Operations KPIs for management and reporting.

• Analyze trends, patterns, and performance metrics and provide meaningful insights to enhance operational efficiency.

• Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for optimization and cost reduction.

• Prepare reports and PPT decks to summarize findings and communicate actionable recommendations.

• Advise managers on findings and recommend courses of action.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Critical Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an analytical role.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytic capability and penchant for continuous improvement.

• Ability to professionally interact with all levels within the organization.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Power Point.

• Travel required up to 30% of the time.
