The Analyst of data analytics will develop insights and analysis to drive improved performance across all revenue drivers and controllable costs of the organization, specifically focused on operational efficiencies and workforce strategy. A successful candidate for this role will act with a high level of autonomy; managing strategic projects through the full cycle of discovery, data sourcing, analysis, visualization and presentation. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data analysis and visualization of performance used to make critical business decisions.
Complete data modeling and analysis projects supporting sales and operations, including staffing, scheduling, compensation analysis and overall organizational design
Evaluate performance and perform analysis across all operational areas of the company including call centers, the national sales team and brick-and-mortar locations to identify root causes and develop business recommendations and solutions
Work closely with the enterprise data & reporting team to identify data gaps and opportunities, define data requirements for projects and design systems of measurement for business activity
Other duties as assigned
Candidate must have excellent consultative sales and negotiation skills
Proven success in a full commission and/or quota driven environment
Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skills
Self-motivation, drive, initiative and outgoing and confident sales approach
Experience using a contact tracking system, Salesforce.com preferred
High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution preferred. Successful sales experience may be substituted for academic credentials.
Ability to multi-task, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow-up skills.
Proficient with personal computers and contemporary software applications (MS Office Suite, Salesforce etc.)
