Analyst, Master Data

Job Location: Chicago

This role is based out of our corporate HQ located in downtown Chicago and will be a hybrid in-person/remote role.

Master Data Analyst is responsible for creation, management, and governance of master data. This role ensures data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems and processes, supporting our supply chain and cross functional team. This position will work with other SAP Analysts, IT Leadership and business representatives to keep abreast of operational issues and business initiatives where SAP may be an integral part.

Ways you will make a difference

• Create, update, and maintain master data records in ERP and PLM Process

• Develop and enforce data governance policies and procedures t ensure quality data and compliance within the industry standards!

• Conduct regular audits and data cleansing activities to identify data discrepancies.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements in data management and recommend solutions to enhance data accuracy.

• Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure data alignment and support business processes.

Skills that will make you successful

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5yrs of experience data management within the CPG industry

• Proficiency in SAP, HANA, MDG, BOBJ and Microsoft Office Suite

• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with cross functional team at all levels.

• Analytic Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to details

Experiences that will support your success

• BA/BS in Business or a related field is preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in data management within the CPG industry

• Strong SAP technical expertise and experience
