Position: Analyst, Marketing Loyalty Strategy

Your Role

The Loyalty Marketing Analyst is responsible for assisting the Loyalty Marketing Manager & team in building, developing, and integrating a world class loyalty program that drives profitable business growth, builds brand equity, and creates customer loyalty. Specifically, the Loyalty Marketing Analyst will provide executional assistance for seasonal campaigns to support creation on assets, foundational program elements, assist in program management and seasonal integration into brand initiatives. It is critical for this role to have a high sense of urgency while still maintaining attention to detail, thorough organization, + space for creative thinking.

Your Impact

  • Assist in the creation and kick-off of project plans and briefs for all marketing drivers in the appropriate forms inclusive of print, digital media, social, email, app and production/procurement

  • Compose strategic creative briefs for loyalty program campaigns & ongoing marketing assets that communicate business objectives, best practices, considerations of customer purchase cycle & desired results

  • Maintain organized record keeping and communication of key decisions and deliverables to partners inclusive of print, digital media, social, email, app and production/procurement throughout project/campaign execution

  • Maintain campaign calendar to ensure accurate program timing and details

  • Manage project plans and support execution of projects and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives in a timely manner and within established budgets

  • Partner closely with Loyalty Marketing Manager to drive short- and long-term strategy for the overall loyalty program. Support their manager as needed to leverage insights to action that ladder up to program goals, financial targets, enhancement needs, etc.

  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure visibility and alignment (including Creative, Store operations, Finance, Visual, Traffic, Digital etc.); includes setting up meetings, supporting development of the agenda, and circulating post-meeting deliverables

  • Assist with the management of internal and external vendors, ensuring partners are held accountable for aligned deliverables

  • Interpret data and draw analytical conclusions to help inform broader business strategies

  • Develop understanding of industry specific knowledge that applies to current innovative trends in retail marketing and customer loyalty

Minimum Salary: $55,500.00

Maximum Salary: $73,395.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

What Experience Should You Bring To This Role

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field

  • Strong sense of urgency + a self-starter mentality

  • Proactive thinker with the ability to flex as needed

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for retail + understanding of industry trends

  • Must be highly organized, flexible and have a proven multi-tasking ability

  • Past work experience in project coordination across multiple teams; ability to navigate an organization, build consensus, problem solve tactical issues

  • Creative thinker who can bring new ideas to VS & Co. and keep the brand relevant

  • Motivated to perform in an ever changing, fast paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail with a solutions-oriented mentality

  • Demonstrate ability to write clearly & concisely

  • Fluent in MS Office programs; Working knowledge of Excel (including formulas) & PowerPoint
