PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
The Analyst, Marketing Channels is a strategic partner who collaborates with the Indirect and Associations groups to ensure our channel marketing programs are strongly aligned to company goals and objectives. The primary responsibilities include being a strategic partner to both the Indirect and Associations channels, and communicating Constellation's value to the market through marketing tools, digital platforms and campaigns. Focused efforts on driving acquisition and supporting retention and cross-sell initiatives to meet revenue targets. This role reports to the Manager of Marketing at Constellation.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Works directly with Directors and Managers of Indirect channels and Associations as a strategic partner to achieve retail goals. 20%
Develops overarching third-party marketing strategy that focuses on retail growth goals and connect all marketing and customer activities across product marketing efforts. 20%
Develop and understand Channel Advantage Program and Association Tier program and how to grow and communicate to partners, benefits and communication strategy benefits. 15%
Works with campaign manager to support acquisition and retention streams, as well as brand team for speaking opportunities. 10%
Manages the association assets such as landing pages, welcome kits, and coordinated campaigns. 10%
Works across the product development group to understand new product development and management and how to promote and differentiate products to our third-party channels. 10%
Work with branding, and communication team for industry events, speaking opportunities, customer events, and constellation.com and social media amplification. 10%
Contribution to the overall marketing team Scorecard, to include metrics and measurement. 5%
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing
Minimum of 2 to 5 years in Marketing, marketing management, product management, email and campaign management planning or communications.
Proven leadership, credibility, interpersonal and team skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal ability; tact and diplomacy.
A proven track record of vision, creative thinking, and coordination of complex programs, including large-scale marketing automation.
Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels.
Executive presence and broad experience interacting with senior executives.
Ability to develop and implement short-and-long-term goals.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Goal orientation with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and dedication to brand vision and community stewardship preferred.
Ability to effectively plan, focus and execute innovative/creative partnerships preferred
