Job Description:

Job Summary

The AUM team is looking for an individual to:

  • Support the weekly & monthly production of AUM, Net New Business and other related financial metrics

  • Ensure that client data is delivered timely and accurately

  • Identify ways to improve the AUM, Flow, reporting and Pipeline recon processes

  • Participate and lead tactical and strategic initiatives

  • Improve communication with our partners and clients (including Finance teams, Client Businesses, Investments and Corporate Development), better understand their needs and deliver an improved product.

  • Display intellectual curiosity and participate and lead data mining projects

Responsibilities:

  • Understand the Global AUM process fully and deliver the production requirements by the specified deadlines

  • Ensure AUM & regulatory reporting is in compliance with the relevant BlackRock policies.

  • Challenge existing processes & policies, identify innovative ways to improve it and see them through to implementation

  • Develop a strong working relationship with our clients & partners and identify ways to improve our products & services

  • Become a contributor to the development of appropriate metrics and control framework to better manage and report AUM & flows information

  • Partner with colleagues in other business areas, understand the end-to-end process and build a stronger business processes

Skills / Experience:

  • Understanding and/or experience in Finance, Accounting, Performance, Reporting and Data Mining.

  • Analytical, innovative and organized with excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong understanding of investment processes across all product structures.

  • Ability to work on challenging deadlines

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Self-driven, enthusiastic and intellectually curious.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities ability to interact with all levels, including business heads and the senior management.

  • Strong prioritisation and influencing skills and ability to manage differing requirements from multiple 'clients'.

  • Ability and/or experience in developing strong partnerships with other business areas locally and globally.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel

  • Experience with VBA a plus

Core Responsibilities * Assist in preparing standards based documents for the installation of computing or communications components to support Con Edison's information and communications network infrastructure. * Assist in preparing standards based, detailed bid specifications for the installation of computing and communications related network equipment to support Con Edison's information network infrastructure. Assist the technical evaluations of contractor proposals, software or hardware. * Assist to deploy various cybersecurity tools. Once deployed, become the technical lead in supporting the tools. * Provide guidance and consulting on cybersecurity technology and solutions. * Support as a member, the cyber action team through forensics analysis of systems, malware, or network * Assist as project member for small-scale vendor installation of computing and communication networks. * Monitor cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities and provide support as necessary to incident response team. * Must be available 24/7, on call, and/or participate in off-hour emergency response activities as required. * Perform other related tasks and assignments as required. Required Education/Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science with 2 years of relevant work experience. IMS and TSO experience preferred. ; Computer Analyst (1L) * Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in IT ; System Analyst (1H) Or * Associate's Degree And a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience, preferably in Cybersecurity ; System Analyst (1H) Preferred Education/Experience * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science Required Work Experience * Previous Computer Incident Response Team(CIRT)/Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC), incident management experience is preferred. * Scripting experience preferred * Knowledge of security tools is preferred * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is required * Good understanding of industry standard policy, processes and procedures covering incident, problem and change management is preferred * Excellent oral and written skills * Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines simultaneously Licenses & Certifications * Driver's License Required * Other: Technical certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM, CIPP, etc.) Preferred Other Physical Demands * Must be able and willing to travel within Company service territory, as needed. * Must be available 24/7, on call, and/or participate in off-hour emergency response activities as required. * Must be able to participate in the Company's emergency management processes and storm plans as required.
