The position will be required to provide accurate, real-time updates in a global documentation tracking system.
The position must ensure that the Bank is adequately protected from legal, risk, operational perspective in all of its trading documents including master agreements, amendments, assignments and other trading documentation between the Bank and its counterparties.
The position will be required to build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders across the bank and be available to service the deal flow with tight deadlines from global desks.
BA/BS or equivalent undergraduate degree from a top college or university and interest in or 1-2 years of experience in corporate and banking law

The candidate for this position will enjoy learning and working on trading documentation, be able to effectively apply common sense, legal and sound risk management principles and display good drafting ability and ability to summarize issues so they are understandable by internal stakeholders such as credit, front office and the client and its legal counsel
The candidate has the ability to work both independently and with little supervision, under tight deadlines, has strong organizational skills and the flexibility to support global businesses across different time zones as required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, good PC skills and the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced trading environment are requirements
