  • Core Accountabilities*

  • Works with Service Delivery to build creative and powerful strategic arguments the have clear value in telling the story of Cox Business Fulfillment

  • Proactive analysis of data sources to identify key market and consumer trends, understand how these are shaping our environment and make recommendations on how we should respond

  • Produce specified internal reporting robustly and to deadline, synthesizing multiple data sources to create actionable insight

  • Present and communicate insight and commercial argument to stakeholders in a compelling, accurate and impactful manner

  • Build and maintain networks both internally and externally to keep abreast of developments within insight and translate these to relevant applications within Cox Business

  • As a key subject matter (both internally and externally) in understanding and making the best use of data, ability to create solutions, and other key skill development

  • Review projects with analysts for robustness, accuracy & impact with an eye for data visualization to help tell the story to senior executive teams

  • Ability to partner with multiple boundary partners and translate complex business requirements to technical terminology

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on technology user acceptance testing for reporting outputs

  • Develops functional designs; identifies risks and benefits of alternate designs; calculates costs/benefits of potential actions or solutions to establish their viability/ROI; assesses project impact of system changes on users and internal and external customers and stakeholders

  • Transforms the data into usable information and meaningful insights for organizational leaders and partners, while utilizing Power Apps or other visualization reporting tool

  • Become a recognized leader of insight and an informed, approachable, and valued colleague to others.

  • Charged with constantly maintaining resourcing / capacity data, while working to find systematic process improvements to enrich the data with the best information available

Qualifications:
Minimum

  • Use data models and visualization to bring analysis to life | Qualitative / Quantitative assessments

  • Generally, 2-5 years of experience in related field.

  • Must be highly proficient in Excel and Word

  • Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently

  • Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, mathematical skills and sound judgment

  • Strong business acumen and ability to interface with executive management

  • Preferred*

  • BS/BA degree in related discipline strongly preferred

  • Black Belt/ASQ certification preferred

  • Strong collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work across functions and influence senior leaders

  • Advanced Reporting including Tableau

  • Advanced Excel experience including business model generation

  • Conceptualizes, prepares, and presents models, analyses, and recommendations

The SA consults with and supports the National Accounts sales team, along with other groups within our general sales organization, in selling complex cloud, managed services, telephony, data, wireless and other advanced network solutions to the largest and most complex prospective and existing business customers. The SA is instrumental in helping the National Account Sales team exceed quota objectives. The selected candidate will have extensive skills and experience in delivering technical consultation and customer presentations and is responsible for understanding and translating customer business requirements into functional and technical requirements. We are looking for a skilled expert to educate and consult with customers on a wide range of technology options while coordinating technical aspects of implementation with other members of the sales and operations teams as well as Product Management, Network Operations and Engineering. * PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES* * Partners with other members of the Sales team and interfaces with customers and vendors to develop proposals and associated technical specifications and respond to RFPs as needed to ensure their technical integrity * Meets with prospective and existing customers to collect and analyze information required to provide the appropriate Cox Business technology solution * Leads technical portions of presentations to C-level executives and technical teams. * Cultivates consulting relationships with customers, forming relationships at multiple levels to provide appropriate solutions and develop future business opportunities * Works with the Product Development Team to ensure the feasibility of all new/custom products and solutions where applicable.
