About this opportunity

The Analyst II will be responsible for leading the analytical support for Align Technology's GP channel sales field as well as the Invisalign Pro team. This individual's primary stakeholders will be the US GP sales general manager as well as the leadership team of the iPro program. The analyst will also interact with GP channel area sales directors, regional managers, and territory managers. This position will provide accurate and timely sales reports as well as proactive insights and recommendations to help drive Align Technology business across both Invisalign and iTero within the GP space.

In this role, you will…

• Proactively review and highlight the state of the GP business and key performance drivers

• Extract, transform, and analyze sales data for analysis and reporting purposes

• Provide support to the Align sales team in answering questions with robust analytics

• Develop and implement key performance metrics that help identify business opportunities and measure sales performance

• Be responsible for synthesizing large amounts of data using advanced data analytic and statistical tools

• Provide ad hoc reporting and analysis for assigned departments on an as needed basis

• Other duties may be assigned

In this role, you'll need …

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in statistics or similar business related fields

• Strong experience with SQL

• Strong experience with Python, R, or SAS

• Strong analytics, quantitative, and problem solving skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• 4-6 years business analytics experience

• 4-6 years of experience in reporting and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc…)

Preferred:

• MBA or Masters

• 4-6 years statistics, regression, modeling, and/or data science experience

• 4-6 years of experience supporting sales or marketing

• Proven track record of working effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

• Ability to work with some or minimal direction and supervision
