Program Manager
What We Need
FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Program Manager within our Corpay division. This position falls under our NAT line of business and is located in Nashville, TN. In this role, works directly with the Merchant Services leadership and cross-functional partners across all departments to manage line of business programs related to sales operations, invoicing & receivables, and sales commissions. Through these responsibilities, this position performs critical line of business responsibilities that ensure profitability and additional revenue opportunities. The position requires a high attention to detail, a thorough command of organization and communication skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will report directly to the VP of Strategic Initiatives & Marketing and regularly collaborate with other team(s)/department(s).

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Overseeing all aspects of project and task work, sets and adhering to deadlines, assigning responsibilities & resources, and monitoring and summarizing the status of all responsibilities and assigned work
Providing both high-level and detailed analysis related to sales performance, outstanding receivables, and sales commissions; updates work through available tools on a regular and an as needed basis, including executive and milestone summaries
Assessing opportunities for improvement based on analysis conducted, resolving and escalating to senior management as needed
Handling more complex analysis for the line of business upon request related to opportunities to improve sales operations and back office processes to increase efficiency
Can effectively and accurately project risk and measures to implement to mitigate exposure
Working with sales, operations and support, corporate shared services, and line of business leadership to perform routine responsibilities and ad-hoc requests
Collecting all necessary data, requirements, and scope from the project stakeholders to accurately complete requested analysis and performance reports
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree is preferred; or equivalent combination of education and related experience that is required for the job
3-5 years of experience in a professional work environment preferred
Experience with Excel, Salesforce, and database administration preferred
Demonstrated ability to self-perform at a high level with minimal supervision
Demonstrated ability to execute in a matrix environment effectively managing multiple and competing priorities
Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, solid analytical skills and attention to details; and excellent follow-up skills
Demonstrated ability to work calmly in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to properly communicate our product offerings and functionality
Highly responsive to calls and emails; utilize available tools to track appointments and manage priorities without compromising other responsibilities
Superior customer service skills, with the ability to react quickly and decisively to resolve customer issues
