Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Business Process, HRMS, the Business Analyst Learning Management in HRMS works with HR functions and other HRMS resources to define system business requirements and project tasks, to work with resources assigned to projects as needed, and to guide project progress for assigned tasks through all phases of projects as required regarding Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Learning systems.

MEET THE TEAM - Learn more about Evonik from our employees Provides support for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems within a Human Resources organization. Manages the HR IT system changes and any processes related to these systems. Provides support to HR applications including day-to-day operations, monitoring, problem identification, diagnosis and problem resolution. The position requires working with various HR stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate into technical specification for actionable solutions. This position supports users in the US, Canada, Mexico and Costa Rica. RESPONSIBILITIES * Supports the day to day operational activities in SAP, Success Factors and ADP systems. * Supports new enhancements in HRIS systems used at Evonik. * Supports Data Management, HR Business Partners, site HR with changes needed in SAP and ADP. Ensures the organization structure is set up correctly within SAP Organizational Management; requires regular interaction with HR Business Partners and Site HR to keep abreast of organization changes and personnel changes. * Makes recommendations for system and process enhancements proactively. * Create, review and maintain end user and system documentation in compliance with global IT standards. Assists with audits as necessary. * Manages and maintains positive relationships within the HR organization – Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent and other cross functional teams such as IT. * Participates in the conversion, testing, setup, specifications and testing of HR technology system changes. * Stays abreast of system updates and enhancements, proactively evaluates and recommends adoption of changes as they meet organizational needs. * Ensures resolution of all reported system-related issues. * Drives adoption of global practices and standards. * Manage/Participate in multiple regional/global HR Technology projects as assigned. * Provide accurate user set up to HR community for new hires and job changes. Experience with SuccessFactors would be preferred. * Previous System Administration experience with ADP products preferred: EV5, Health and Welfare and ADP E-Time. * Proficiency in Excel is required. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with deadlines is required. * Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment and manage multiple priorities is necessary. * Strong verbal and written skills communication skills are required. Must possess the ability to work with various internal HR and IT departments and personnel locally and virtually, to provide support to the region. * Strong discretion in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information is necessary. * Must be skilled at building cross-functional relationships with employees at all levels of te organization. * Project management skills and experience in managing projects is preferred. * Possibility to travel of 15% (within the US and Germany).
